Do I Have To Join or Create a Membership?

NOPE! You'll receive ZM Points with every purchase automatically. Points can be used to receive discounts or free products. Members also receive special offers that are not advertised to the general public. There are other ways to get points as well, by sharing us on social media, referring your friends to us, becoming a brand advocate. This all equals FREE STUFF for you! 

How Does It Work? 

It's Somple: Create an account and shop. If you are an existing customer, just login and start shopping (PSST...we have actually dropped a few bonus points into your account as a quick HELLO).

Receive 1 point for every dollar spent. Points are based on the retail price before taxes and after discounts. Points will be credited to your account. (Points can take up to 30 days to show in your account.)

What Are They Worth?

ZM Points are worth $0.05 USD each:

  • 100 points = $5.00
  • 200 points = $10.00
  • 500 points = $25.00
  • 900 points = $45.00

If you ordered in a foreign currency, no need to worry, you will be rewarded in the currency equivalent to your own!

How Can I Redeem?

ZM Points can be redeemed during check out. Simply enter the amount of points you wish to use towards your purchase and we will automatically adjust the price.

What's The Catch?

No catch, but we do have fine print:

  • ZM Points are for you only! They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
  • ZM Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Receive a ZM Point for every dollar spent before taxes and after discounts.
  • ZM Points can take up to 30 days to show in your account. Message us at info@zenmed.com if you have any points-related questions.
  • ZM Points cannot be used towards shipping and taxes.
  • ZM Points will not be earned on items that have been returned. We will automatically deduct the appropriate amount of points from your account.
