2. Subscription Process

Activation: When you sign up for a subscription, you authorize Zenmed to automatically charge your designated payment method every 60 days.
Delivery Cycle: All subscription deliveries are scheduled for dispatch every 60 days from the date of your initial subscription order.
Pricing: Prices for subscription items are those indicated on our website at the time of purchase. Zenmed reserves the right to adjust prices but will notify you of any changes before the next billing cycle.

3. Billing and Payment

Automatic Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Zenmed to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis every 60 days. Charges will appear as "Zenmed" on your payment statement.
Billing Issues: If we encounter any issues processing your payment, we will notify you and may suspend your subscription until payment is successfully processed.

4. Subscription Renewals and Cancellation Policy

Automatic Renewal: Your Zenmed subscription renews automatically every 60 days, with no additional action required on your part.
Minimum Renewal Requirement: Your subscription must remain active for at least one full renewal cycle. After the first renewal, you may choose to cancel before the next billing date.

5. Modifications to Subscription

Product Changes: You may adjust the products in your subscription or change the quantity by accessing your account on Zenmed.com or contacting customer support. Any changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
Billing Information: If your payment method expires or becomes invalid, please update your billing information to ensure continued service. Zenmed reserves the right to pause or cancel your subscription if payment is unsuccessful after multiple attempts.
