Does ZENMED ship to my country?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide except to Libya, Yemen, Syria, or Somalia due to import restrictions from the USA. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Parcel is not received/lost but tracking is showing as delivered?

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. You will have to wait a while longer because the package was most likely marked as delivered automatically and will arrive within the next 1-3 business days. Still hasn’t arrived but shows as delivered, contact us ASAP

We are sorry but we cannot give medical advice for skin concerns over the phone or email since we are not doctors and are not licensed to dispense medical advice to anyone.

What do your bundles contain and how do I use my bundle?

We have a number of regimens for many different skin types and are always offered at a steep discount. All ZENMED products are 100% Vegan and vegetable-based.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We offer a money-back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your ZENMED experience, please contact us before the 60 days since shipment has occurred.

If we have not received your products within the warranty timeframe, a refund cannot be issued. All refunds must be made on the same payment method used to make the original purchase. All products must be returned to our Phoenix Arizona address for processing and refund.

You may return any item purchased from our website for a refund within 60 days of the shipment date. Only items returned to our warehouse on or before 60 days of the shipment date will be approved for a refund. Partial returns are accepted as well if you wanted to keep any of the products included with your order. If you bought products that included a bonus item, you must enclose the bonus items to receive a full refund. Certain
exceptions may occur, just email us back with any questions. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
You do not need an RMA #, you need to package your unwanted products up well and either include your original order receipt or print all of your personal details (order #,name, address) on a slip and enclose. Please do not send items by courier from overseas as these may incur duty costs

Looking for items that were returned?

Normally returns are processed within 7-10 days of being returned to our warehouse. Every Wednesday we receive an updated list of those returns. Send us an email, we are happy to trace it for you to process the refund quickly.

How long will it take to receive a refund on my returned product?

After the refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take a few days to process, depending on your method of payment.

I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and pending transactions. If you still don’t see it, please contact us at info@zenmed.com and we can help expedite the process. Do not dispute charges if you have placed an order with us as this limits what we can do to help.

General Product Questions

My product is not white, is there a problem?

We do not use artificial colours in our products. What you see is the natural colour of the actives within the formulations, most often the antioxidants. We find that artificial colours can irritate sensitive skin and prefer to leave them out

Product has changed colour over time?

ZENMED products are fortified with antioxidants that sometimes change colour when exposed to air for extended periods of time. It is recommended to use these products within 24 months of opening to ensure maximum freshness

My products froze enroute to my house?

All ZENMED products have been stability and shelf-life tested to stand up against the effects of time, temperature, and humidity. Let them sit at room temperature for about 24 hours and they should be fine to use. You may need to shake them to reactive the stabilizing agents

Product Usage Questions

Using other products with ZENMED?

We normally recommend you cease using other products with our brand since we are concerned about cross-brand interactions due to pH differences mainly. At the same time we all have products we know and love and would prefer to use them in tandem. At ZENMED we sell full skincare regimes, all products are meant to be used together for maximum effect. We would say try our products alone first and then try introducing some other products in.

What moisturizer should I use?

For dry, sensitive skin our top-selling moisturizer is the AVT Cream which is really good for redness and at the same time does not irritate. It is fortified with Vitamin C and ideal for daytime use as well as nighttime. The anti-aging moisturizer I recommend over and over again (because it is so luxurious and creamy) is the Omegaceramide Moisturizer. It is neutral and non-irritating without being greasy or heavy. It also comes in a really big 3oz size so it lasts a long time.
It is infused with Vitamin B5, hyaluronic acid, and omega 3 lipids, making your skin glow. The peptides help with fine lines and wrinkles and really seem to "fill in" deep creases. It is very nice indeed.
For red/irritation-prone skin I recommend the Rosehip+Licorice Cream as it is fortified with Licorice Root and Colloidal Oatmeal and it is so soothing and rich. We get a lot of good reviews about it as well.

How can I decide what to use for my skin?

It is common for reactive skin conditions like Rosacea to be very sensitive to certain ingredients in skincare, like acids and scents. We have formulated our line of skincare to be free of these agents and at the same time use some natural actives like Licorice Root, Cucumber and Willow Bark Extract to help calm the skin down. As with a lot of skin issues regarding a weakened skin barrier, the skin needs nourishment to help itself heal and prevent future flareups from occurring. What we normally recommend is that you try the Skin Support System with the free gifts because it gives you a nice range of products to try out. The cleanser is just heavenly for sensitive skin, it does a great job of balancing oils while not upsetting the natural pH of the skin. This is very important. Then you can use the Nutrient Boost Spray and follow with the Support Serum. The Organic Exfoliating Scrub is also great for when you feel like you want a bit of an extra buff to the skin (great with handling pesky flakes) and the Anti-Redness Mask is wonderful for helping boost the skin moisture and calm redness.

Skin Support System Instructions for Redness Relief?

Nighttime:
1) Gentle Cleansing Cream - At night, wash face with Gentle Cleansing Cream. It is often useful to apply a small amount to a facecloth or a sponge. Use circular motions and avoid the eye area. It’s best to use an eye makeup remover for the sensitive eye area. Rinse well.
2) Nutrient Boost Spray- Spray liberally onto a cotton ball/pad and wipe gently over the face and neck after cleansing or close eyes and spray directly onto the face (3-4 puffs) as needed. Gently pat skin dry.
3) Support Serum- Apply a thin layer of the serum all over the face and let it fully absorb.
Daytime:
1) In the morning, use half the amount of Gentle Cleansing Cream you would use at night.
2) Nutrient Boost Spray- Spray liberally onto a cotton ball/pad and wipe gently over the face and neck after cleansing or close eyes and spray directly onto the face (3-4 puffs) as needed. Gently pat skin dry.
3) Support Serum- Apply a very thin layer of Support Serum to face. *If you have sensitive skin it would best to use the serum only at night for the first week. You can then gradually build up to twice daily if needed.
4) Follow with moisturizer or sunscreen if desired.
