The idea of skin cycling enables a harmonious blend of two powerful ingredients that could otherwise be irritating. By alternating between exfoliants and retinol, and incorporating two nights of recovery in between, the skin is given the opportunity to develop tolerance, minimizing the risk of overdoing it.

Night One - Gently wash face and apply a light layer of the Glycolic Resurfacer all over face and neck, avoiding the eyes. This will start the gentle exfoliating process immediately. Seal it all in with the Omegaceramide+ Moisturizer.

Night Two - Wash face and apply a light layer of the Retinol Booster all over neck and face, avoiding eyes. You may feel a slight tingling, follow with Omegaceramide+ Moisturizer to soothe and seal the skin

Night Three - Wash face and coat skin with light layer of B5 Plumping Serum and Omegaceramide+ Moisturizer

Night 4 - same as night three

Repeat on a regular basis and see the glow show!
