Step 1- Gentle Cleanser
Cleanse the skin gently with our naturally based, all-vegetable ZENMED® Gentle Cleansing Cream. Use cool water to rinse your skin with; do not rub or pull the skin. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel. Let skin dry for at least one minute before proceeding.

Step 2 - Calm your Skin
Apply a thin layer of the ZENMED® Anti-Redness Gel to the face and neck (if affected). It can be applied onto eyelids but ensure product does not get into eyes. Leave on your face for about 15 minutes if possible and then rinse off completely with cool water. Pat skin dry and wait at least one minute before progressing to the next step.

Step 3 - Heal Damaged or Sensitive Skin
Apply a small amount of the ZENMED® Support Serum onto fingertips and dab it gently onto the skin. The Support Serum can be used alone and under makeup but we highly recommend the use of the ZENMED® Oil-Free Moisturizer with SPF 30.
