Shipping Always Done Right!

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of you placing the order, pending that all products are in stock. Orders processed after 5am PST on Fridays will be fulfilled on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day. Providing us with a valid email address will allow for us to send you tracking information automatically.
• FedEx will not deliver on weekends. US Priority Post will deliver on Saturday. Some exceptions may also apply for certain holidays.
• Orders placed prior to 5am PST (8am EST) are eligible for Overnight Delivery (at request). Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. We cannot guarantee Overnight Delivery in every case as carriers will sometimes delay pick-ups and therefore delay delivery time. We will not refund Overnight Delivery costs if delivery is made within 3 business days.
• If you are ordering to a P.O. box, your order will be sent via US Priority Post as FedEx does not deliver to box numbers.
• Canadian customers pay GST upon placing your order, or HST if you are located in BC. You will not be charged any duties or customs fees.
• Although this is very rare, overseas customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or tariffs imposed by their respective regulatory agencies.
• A signature may be required for some deliveries. If this is the case, the delivery date is acknowledged at the first attempt at delivery.
• We do our best to estimate delivery times based on information collected from FedEx and US Priority Post. These times may be slightly different due to remote delivery locations, weights of parcels, weather implications, etc. In any case, we will attempt to always get your parcel to you in the best manner possible.
• Your only recourse for shipment delays will be the refund of the actual cost of the shipping.
