Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your ZENMED^® products, you must contact us prior to returning your products. This will ensure proper handling of your request and refund. Call us at (250) 382-7243, 1.877.647.4242 (Within North America), 0.800.8830451 (Within the UK) or fill out the above form and submit.

Do not send returns to above Canadian address due to Customs Regulations.

If you return your product without contacting us prior, your product will be returned to sender.
